Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the IntoTheGrey mobile application (the "App") operated by IntoTheGrey ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under 21.

2. Description of Service

IntoTheGrey is a personal tracking application that allows you to:

  • Log and track supplements, research compounds, and related information
  • Manage inventory of vials and supplies
  • Set reminders for your personal use
  • Record daily wellness observations
  • Access educational information about compounds

The App is designed for personal tracking and educational purposes only.

3. Important Disclaimers

3.1 Not Medical Advice

THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.

The information and features provided by the App are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition
  • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or tracked in the App
  • If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately

3.2 DSHEA Disclaimer

In accordance with the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA) of 1994:

You are solely responsible for:

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use the App, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in abusive or harmful behavior

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

5. Acceptable Use

The App may integrate with third-party services (such as cloud storage providers). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
  • WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (IF ANY) IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntoTheGrey and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you submit to the App

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting updated Terms in the App
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date
  • Sending a notification for significant changes

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you should stop using the App and delete your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
  2. If negotiation fails, binding arbitration

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IntoTheGrey regarding the App.
